Time Management is suitable for any individuals who need to prioritise and react to change when others demand their time.
What is it about?
Sometimes it may seem that we are working hard but not achieving anything. Time Management is about being productive and controlling your workload. This course will provide tools and techniques to help you make better use of your time and regain control over your workload. Delegates will have the opportunity to take part in practical exercises aimed at testing a number of different techniques and building on current skills.
