This course is aimed at newly appointed supervisors or part of continuous professional development
What is it about?
This course provides an introduction to management techniques and skills. People are a vitual part of any business and much of a supervisor’s time is spent with dealing with people. The personal qualities of a supervisor have a direct bearing on the success of team’s performance. Delegates will have the opportunity to take part in practical exercises aimed at testing a number of different techniques and building on skills.
