This course is relevant to a broad range of people including new Project Managers, Project Support or those who are about to become involved in Project Management.
What is it about?
Project success relies on support and co-operation from all involved. Not all stakeholders will benefit or support your project, the key is to understand their views and manage them. This course provides an introduction to stakeholder management to enable a continual communication to flow and secure commitment. Delegates will have the opportunity to take part in practical exercises aimed at testing a number of different techniques and building on skills.
