What is it about?
Fact is that risks can happen anytime. The benefits of risk management, is that risks are dealt with in a proactive manner. Being proactive reduces the impact of project threats and increase the opportunities. By taking this approach, this will enable projects to be delivered on time, on budget but also meeting customer’s expectations. This course provides a structured approach to management of risk rather than a "fire fighting" approach. Delegates will have the opportunity to take part in practical exercises aimed at testing a number of different techniques and building on skills.
