This course is aimed at newly appointed managers or as part of continuous professional development
What is it about?
This course provides an introduction to communication techniques and skills. By having effective communication skills, you are able to express your views clearly and constructively and establish the needs of others. By being an effective communicator you have greater control over your voice, tone and language, which you can alter depending on the situation. Delegates will have the opportunity to take part in practical exercises aimed at testing a number of different techniques and building on their skills.
