This course is designed for managers or supervisors who are responsible for the performance of others.
What is it about?
Coaching and mentoring others is a key role for any manager. This course will provide an introduction to coaching and mentoring techniques to enable you to inspire, motivate and develop others. Delegates will have the opportunity to take part in practical exercises aimed at testing a number of different techniques and building on skills.
